Founded by brothers, Casey and Sam Chapman and lifelong best friend, Aaron McCleary, CaseCo has remained deeply owner-led since day one. Built on grit, vision, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, the founders believe building is about more than structures—it’s about people. Since 2011, their hands-on involvement, investment in growing people, and commitment to every client experience have shaped a process that is thoughtful, impactful, and built to last.
Our Process
At CaseCo Homes, we believe the best homes are built through collaboration, transparency, and a process that feels just as intentional as the finished product. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, our team is focused on guiding you through a seamless and elevated experience designed around your vision, investment, and lifestyle.
Every project begins with understanding you. We take the time to learn about your goals, lifestyle, design preferences, property, and priorities for the home. Whether you are building a custom home from the ground up or transforming your existing space through a renovation, this phase is centered around listening, educating, and aligning on the vision.
Once we understand the scope and direction of the project, we begin early budget and investment conversations. Our team provides realistic guidance on construction costs, site considerations, timelines, and overall project feasibility so decisions can be made confidently from the start. We believe transparency early in the process leads to a better experience throughout the build.
With the vision and budget aligned, we work closely alongside architects, engineers, interior designers, and consultants to bring the project to life. Through collaborative planning and ongoing communication, we help refine layouts, selections, functionality, and constructability while protecting both the design intent and the investment goals of the project.
Before construction begins, we move into a detailed pre-construction phase focused on fine-tuning every aspect of the build. This includes preliminary pricing updates, scope refinement, material planning, scheduling, trade coordination, permitting preparation, and final construction documentation. Our goal is to eliminate surprises and create a clear roadmap before breaking ground.
Once plans are finalized and permits are approved, construction begins. Throughout the build, our team maintains proactive communication, detailed project management, and hands-on oversight to ensure quality, schedule, and execution remain aligned with the vision established from day one. Clients are kept informed and involved through every major milestone.
As construction wraps up, we guide clients through final walkthroughs, punch list completion, and project closeout to ensure every detail meets expectations. But our relationship does not end at completion. We remain a trusted resource long after move-in, standing behind our work and the experience we deliver.
